Today I dined on the Chashu Pork Miso Ramen. Now I’ve had experience with broth based Eat Club dishes so I knew the battle I was facing when ordered. Layering the noodles with hot water historically has been a struggle but people grow, they learn, they adapt, they overcome, they win. Unlike the past, I kept a safe distance away from the “splash zone” as hot water sprinkles from the coffee machine slightly burned my hand. Much less than usual.
