I’ve written a lot of moves over the past 4 months but I think this one might be the most entertaining to perform. It’s quite simple; anytime you are playing an athletic sport try to look extremely un-athletic in warm ups. If playing basketball, run up for a lay up and smash the bottom of the rim. If playing football, throw with your opposite hand. If playing softball, swing like you’re waving at a butterfly. In other words just act like a girl out there. Downgrading your athleticism in pre-game warm-ups, COULD BE THE MOVE!
