The Craigslist Fake Traveler

Everyone loves Craigslist. It’s a great place to find an apartment, a “lightly” used futon, someone looking to swap a kegerator for an iPad, and even a little romance. Romance? Yes, romance. Kind of. The move is simple: make a posting in the casual encounters section saying that you’re in town on business and looking for some no strings attached action.  Something along the lines of “Hi, I’m a young professional in town for the week for a work conference and don’t know anyone. Looking for someone to hang out with and I’m up for WHATEVER. Please text me as I won’t be able to check my e-mail regularly. Will give priority to most ‘creative’ messages.” Finish the posting off by putting your friend’s cell phone number as the contact and then put the ad up in cities around the country. A nice mix would be San Francisco, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Cleveland, Providence, and Omaha. Strangers from around the country who get laid (and possibly kidnap people) by using Craigslist sexting your friend – COULD BE THE MOVE!
