Today I dined on the Shrimp and Grits. Now… I know what you’re thinking. “Ew Bobby why would you do that?” Well because I wanted something bad. I wanted a heated review. My haters out there are calling me soft, “Eat Club paying you now?” They say. No Eat Club is not paying me. They just so happen to be on a straight fire streak and guess what. THE STREAK continues. Going into this dish I made everyone in a 100 foot radius of me aware that I’m not a big grits guy. After this meal…. I am now a grits guy. Especially when paired with shrimp. More specifically when the grits are bathed in, “a flavorful and soupy broth of tomatoes, onion, celery, bell peppers and the best part… bacon,” their words not mine. Lovely job, Eat Club.
